PAVA is informed by Sovereign Relational Architecture, developed by Darren Lone Fight. It is intellectual context, not a certification or a universal Indigenous governance model.
CARE principles
The CARE Principles for Indigenous Data Governance provide context: collective benefit, authority to control, responsibility, and ethics. PAVA does not claim CARE endorsement.
Responsibility stays with people
PAVA supports records and review. It does not determine cultural affiliation, provide legal advice, replace consultation, or authorize filing or repatriation. PAVA does not submit or send filings.
