The $0 software-license policy applies to Indigenous Nations and Indigenous-governed institutions. Separately scoped implementation, hosting, migration, training, integration, or support may carry cost.
Your information and participation
Free licensing does not purchase participation, consultation, data, standing, endorsement, or labor. Nation representatives may contact PAVA without providing collection data or consultation status.
Practical uses
Review inventory records, organize grant projects and internal drafts, retain supporting evidence, and save online field-session notes.
Responsibility stays with people
PAVA supports records and review. It does not determine cultural affiliation, provide legal advice, replace consultation, or authorize filing or repatriation. PAVA does not submit or send filings.
