How pava.tools handles public-site visits, email inquiries, hosting logs, and privacy questions.
Provisioned-user access — Open
When you browse
The public site contains no contact form, account creation, or sign-in form. It sets no PAVA analytics cookie and contains no PAVA analytics or tracking code. The public application does not store visitor data in local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, or a PAVA application database.
When you email us
An email link opens your own email provider. The information you send passes through that provider and Google Workspace, which Lone Fight Systems LLC uses to host the recipient mailbox. Your message remains outside the PAVA application database. We receive your sender address, message content, and ordinary delivery metadata to review and respond to your inquiry.
Hosting and service providers
The website hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs under its own terms. Google Workspace may process email records under its applicable terms. This statement does not describe storage or processing in a provisioned PAVA workspace; product-user privacy and contractual terms are separate.
Retention and requests
Email correspondence and provider logs have separate handling and retention arrangements. This public-site statement does not set a fixed deletion period for them. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information in an inquiry, or to ask about the applicable handling. Please do not send sensitive collection records, credentials, or unnecessary personal information in an initial email.
